When you subscribe to our field notes we keep your email address and where on the site you signed up.

We use your details only to answer your inquiry, scope and deliver the work you ask us about, and send the field notes you subscribed to. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Contact form messages are stored securely and also emailed to our team so we can reply quickly.

We measure how many people visit the site and which pages they read using privacy-friendly analytics that set no cookies and do not identify you personally.

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe from field notes at any time by replying to any of them or emailing us.
