Hourly engagements start at 20 hours a month with no long-term commitment. Part-time is 80 hours a month and full-time is 160 hours a month, both billed monthly.
Most matches are made within a week of the intro call. Common stacks such as React, Node.js and Python are usually faster; specialised AI/ML and infrastructure roles can take a little longer.
Every hire includes a two-week trial. If the fit is wrong, we swap the developer or you cancel, with no replacement fee, and you only pay for the hours already worked.
You do. Developers work in your repositories, and all code, documentation and related IP are yours under the engagement agreement.
